What you’ll need

How to apply

  1. Read the full guidance
  2. Apply to RPID before a quarterly closing date
  3. Do not start work before approval; build within 36 months

Full guidance published 17 March 2026 lists closing dates of 1 March, 1 June, 1 September and 1 December each year; the Rural Support Plan annex instead says rounds open on the 2nd of those months, so confirm the next date (likely 1 December 2026) with RPID. Funding is limited (about £1.05m) and applications are prioritised.
